ICEX Spain Export and Investment and the Fernando Pérez International School of Culinary Arts, after careful evaluation of the candidates’’ applications and documentation received, for the 7TH Edition of the Spanish Gastronomy Training Program, have selected the following participants:

We would like to congratulate all the selected participants and their schools. We also would like to thank the rest of the students that where interested in participating in this program.
We would like also to take this opportunity to highlight the importance that a good level of knowledge of the Spanish language will be needed to qualify for the second phase of the program. Those students that do not meet the language level requested could be expelled from the program. That is the reason why we highly recommend those students that still need to improve their language skills, to take advantage of the next few months prior to the beginning of the program to improve their Spanish. At the same time, we encourage their schools to follow up their improvements.
